From a young age, many of us are taught—directly or subtly—that certain emotions aren’t welcome. We learn that sadness, fear, or anger should be hidden, dismissed, or even punished. Even the most loving parents, in their desire to protect us, often send the message that these “difficult” emotions are something to avoid. But I believe it’s this very repression that lays the groundwork for anxiety, depression, and disconnection from our true selves. My work is about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can finally allow these long-held emotions to be felt, acknowledged, and released—so healing can happen at the deepest level.

As an emotional and spiritual counselor, I guide individuals on a transformative journey to release emotional blockages, heal past wounds, and connect to their true selves.
